estimating the wage gap with the two methods supported by the law;
determining the terms of payment of compensation adjustments, if any;
preparing the display of results of the exercise and the presentation to the client;
supporting the first annual reporting to the pay equity commission;
assisting the employer with employee meetings and to help answer questions about the process.
