Your Role
- You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from understanding client needs to selecting the final candidate.
- You will conduct proactive headhunting across various platforms.
- You will lead in-depth interviews and present high-quality candidate profiles to clients.
- You will prepare and document candidate files with rigor and professionalism.
- You will ensure regular follow-ups with clients to build strong, long-lasting relationships.
- You will develop new business relationships by identifying organizations that could benefit from our services.
Your Profile
- You have relevant experience in recruitment and/or executive search.
- You are structured, curious, and results-driven, without ever losing sight of the human aspect.
