Our Process

Our human resources consulting service is based on a proven five-step methodology:

Preliminary meetings

This first meeting allows us to better understand your expectations, requirements and timelines in order to quickly identify the problem. At the same time, this evaluation lets you validate our knowledge and skills, and allows us to build a relation based on mutual trust (between you and our consultant).

We gather the relevant data from all concerned players and draw conclusions based on the information they provide. With these facts, we can help you understand the problem, which then helps you choose your main intervention areas.

Diagnosis report

Once completed, we hand you our Diagnosis Report and explain which actions to prioritize, based on what we’ve taken into account, before answering any of your other questions.

Development of solution pathways
