Preliminary meetings
This first meeting allows us to better understand your expectations, requirements and timelines in order to quickly identify the problem. At the same time, this evaluation lets you validate our knowledge and skills, and allows us to build a relation based on mutual trust (between you and our consultant).
HR Diagnosis
We gather the relevant data from all concerned players and draw conclusions based on the information they provide. With these facts, we can help you understand the problem, which then helps you choose your main intervention areas.
Diagnosis report
Once completed, we hand you our Diagnosis Report and explain which actions to prioritize, based on what we’ve taken into account, before answering any of your other questions.
Solution planning
Your project’s success depends on two key factors: your Executive Team’s commitment and your staff’s involvement. Our approach consists in providing you with the right assistance for the establishment of your priorities, which come from a concrete action plan that we set up together. This plays a key role in the intervention’s success, which is what our customers appreciate!
Evaluation / Control
This important step allows us to check if the measures taken earlier have given the desired results, as well as to rate their impact. If needed, we can make adjustments or set up new action plans to help reach the established goals.

As for the other steps, our rates vary according to the type and duration of the mandate, as well as to the required expertise. The preliminary meeting also allows our consultant to set the rate for the duration of the mandate. This fixed pricing is purposed to keep you aware, from start to finish, of the said cost.
