APPLICATION OF PAY EQUITY OR MAINTENANCE PROCESS
We complete the equity process or maintenance in accordance to the Pay Equity laws.

- identifying job classes;
- determining the gender predominance of job classes;
- choosing the method and the evaluation plan;
- evaluating the job classes;
- determining the value of job classes;
- calculating the total compensation;
- estimating the wage gap with the two methods supported by the law;
- determining the terms of payment of compensation adjustments, if any;
- preparing the display of results of the exercise and the presentation to the client;
- supporting the first annual reporting to the pay equity commission;
- assisting the employer with employee meetings and to help answer questions about the process.
