APPLICATION OF PAY EQUITY OR MAINTENANCE PROCESS

We complete the equity process or maintenance in accordance to the Pay Equity laws.

Our process includes:

  • determining the obligations on pay equity;
  • identifying job classes;
  • determining the gender predominance of job classes;
  • choosing the method and the evaluation plan;
  • evaluating the job classes;
  • determining the value of job classes;
  • calculating the total compensation;
  • estimating the wage gap with the two methods supported by the law;
  • determining the terms of payment of compensation adjustments, if any;
  • preparing the display of results of the exercise and the presentation to the client;
  • supporting the first annual reporting to the pay equity commission;
  • assisting the employer with employee meetings and to help answer questions about the process.
