Sales and Business Leader - Montréal
Our client is looking for a strong Sales and Business leader to build and grow the staffing/contractor business in Canada by developing in-depth customer knowledge and relationships. Work with existing and potential customers in Montreal Canada to identify/create opportunities for placement of our Client’s consulting/staffing resources. This leader must be able to work with a cross functional team of business, recruitment, HR and others to quickly respond to customer staffing and contractor needs. The candidate must have a good understanding of the staffing and contractor industry.
Rôle et responsabilités
The Successful candidate will be responsible for:
NEW CLIENT CAPTURE - Establish initial relationship leading to a contractual relationship, understand the contracting methods for contract staffing environment and potentialities, get contract in place, and build trusted relationships with key people, decision makers including procurement, engineering, HR and other organizations as needed.
REVENUE & PROFIT & GROWTH - Lead overall effort to grow customer revenue and profit to emerge as the staffing/contractor partner of choice for our Client’s Canadian customers. Managing the overall margins to meet profitability targets.
RELATIONSHIPS - Leverage existing customer relationships within engineering and procurement to influence the decision makers in both the executive and midlevel managers. Develop and expand trust and relationships working toward a documented preferred supplier status.
CUSTOMER ANALYSIS, PLANS & IMPLEMENTATION - Develop the necessary understanding of existing and potential customers to identify key focus areas for growth which includes: organization, business units, headcount, competitive analysis, needs areas, and competitive landscape.
PROPOSALS - Lead and manage day to day proposals and agreements for all the contractor/staffing business with all customers. Develop plans and proposals to realize the revenue target from the account, quarter on quarter.
EXPAND TO NEW LOCATIONS / DIVISIONS - Develop & implement plans to enter new Customers or divisions of existing clients within the region.
CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS - Hold quarterly customer reviews, lead, author or support Account Branding Newsletters and other communications.
DEVELOP BRAND & PRESENCE - Establish brand and relationships in the local Canadian business community. Participate in events, associations as needed.
CROSS SELL & UPSELL - Leverage best practices from other accounts to develop and operationalize plans to introduce new consulting capabilities to the customer base.
ANNUAL FORECASTING - Support the annual revenue and expense budget & forecasting process as well as monthly rolling revenue forecasts for the staffing/contracting business.
BILL RATE NEGOTIATIONS - As required, support or lead efforts to establish rates that meet or beat account level margin goals.
MARKETING SERVICES – Provide customers with an introduction to our Client’s services capabilities when appropriate and make introductions to key services sales personnel.

MUST be bilingual in both official languages, French and English
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree
