Entry level/Junior Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for a Junior Inside Sales Representative with a friendly approachable manner to join our growing team in Toronto! Are you proactive, self motivated and not afraid to pick up the phone? Are you willing to listen? Do you want to learn? Will you put in the hard yards to achieve your goals? Then read on….

Rôle et responsabilités

The main function of this role is to build relationships! You will need to strengthen relationships with existing clients and build partnerships with prospective clients. As well as forge relationships with new and old candidates. So basically, the job is to build relationships with everybody! Our attitude is everyone is a client and everyone is a candidate! We're here to help!

This position is simple. It's all about picking up the phone, talking, making connections, and building relationships! To achieve your bonuses and reach roughly $30,000 in the first year we need the following commitment from you:

• 50 new calls a day, 20 follow up calls a day 
• 20 contracts signed a year 
• 60 Networking activities a year
• Be in the office from 8 to 5 (one hour lunch) and participate in networking events that fall before 8 and after 5 when needed.

Exigences et expériences

The successful candidate will need to possess the following:

1. Minimum of 1 year of experience with customer service,
2. Experience of one year in sales is an asset,
3. Capacity to enter communications with others confidently, easily and positively,
4. Strong organisational skills to manage priorities and agendas,
5. Be goal orientated and a desire to reach targets,
6. Strong Communication, Literacy, and Computer Skills (Word/Excel/Outlook)
7. Knowledge of social networking platforms

We offer a base salary of $20,000 with potential to reach an extra $10,000 in bonuses over the first year. In the second year, due to your hard work you can expect roughly $36,000 and in the third year your potential could be $48,000 (PLEASE NOTE: This is only based on reaching the bare minimum of targets set! The skies the limit when it comes to earning potential!) Insurance/Health package is also included.
