Rôle et responsabilités

Our client is looking for an highly experienced, energetic and creative Director to develop and activate marketing strategies to grow sales and market share to deliver the P&L. Lead the development of customer driven national marketing plans, advertising, and promotional activities. 

The successful LEADER will be responsible for the following:

The development of multiyear (BMC) plans for our Client:

• Analyze consumer research, dental professional research, channel trends, current market conditions and competitor information to unlock new insights that will drive competitive advantage 
• Team up with global category team to localize existing global product launches and packaging; provide local customer insights to codevelop midterm innovation road-map 
• Identify and execute on key Marketing enablers to build the brand and deliver on business goals 
• Develop local Professional communication strategy and plans (KOLs, Professional Education) 

Develop and implement yearly local marketing plan and activities for new and existing products: 

• Facilitate cross functional brand and category reviews to identify issues and opportunities 
• Assess and develop high quality National Marketing plan activities 
• Team up with Global category, Finance, and Sales to deliver yearly AOP financial goals 
• Team up with Category and Supply chain to lead and optimize innovation launches 
• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising, and promotional activities 
• Develop the Client’s brand strength, product usage and recommendation among the Dental Professional community 

Exigences et expériences

To be considered for this role our Client is looking for the following:

• 10+ years Commercial Leadership experience
• Professional Sales and Marketing experience
• Dental professional sales / marketing experience
• Bachelor Degree required, MBA preferred
• Ability to create a vision, strategy and shape a business for the future
• Ability to lead and work in cross functional teams
• Team leadership and stakeholder management
• Technical marketing skills
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Energy, adaptability and drive
• Creativity and entrepreneurship
• Judgment and Decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong PowerPoint, Excel, and presentation skills

Ability to travel within US and Canada is necessary.
